Foo is a goblin-like creature who stands at the same height as Fee and Harvey. He wears red pants, is orange in color, and has a little curl on top of his head with an orange streak. However, he is basically troublemaker who is vandalizing people house, trespassing etc. that he get himself trouble as well. He knows karate like Fee. Whenever people hear him say "Cowabunga!" that means he is trying to get into trouble.
